Good call. Moonshine (heimbrent) tends to be shades of awful, ugh. Systembolaget and its Norwegian sister Vinmonopolet get a lot of unfair complaints. Truth is, these stores have a much wider selection of alcoholic drinks than any off-licence type store would have, thanks to the regulations that govern these state owned monopolies. And if the local store doesn't have what you want, you can simply order it and it will be delivered to the store for you to pick up, or to your door. Ha.
