I don't know well what the political mindset of many people is like there, but after the BNP won a few constituencies here, the backlash from sensible people was so big that they lost every seat again in the next election. So it's not impossible that they'll be jeered and kicked out at the next chance!

It doesn't really surprise me that they're in, tbh, though it does disappoint & depress me. Like you say, the trend is there right across Europe right now, including very strongly in Denmark, which is not culturally identical to Sweden but is also not completely unrelated...
