I've been having back problems, exacerbated by a fall last Monday on sheet ice at one of my workplaces. I possibly have a slipped disk! This morning a doctor gave me a big pile of painkillers, a referral for scans, and signed me off work for the next couple of weeks. So basically if anyone wants me I'll be in a heap somewhere, full of pills.

I should get my netbook out again so I can actually talk to you guys properly while I lie here. (phones with internet have many fine properties but are still not ideal for long journal updates.)

Sure am! Not as much sleep as one could wish, but definitely horizontal. :)
