You can add Visual kei to the misc, especially with bands such as Lareine (they even did a cover of the Rose of Versailles intro!). But there are traces of everything from kabuki to Takarazuka in their visual presentation, which in turn has gone back into some shoujo manga and crosspollinated with video games.
